My fiancé has a service animal. And the guy behind the counter meets her at the door and tells her that they don’t have any rooms because she has a dog. She then tells him that he is a service animal and then conveniently no rooms are available. As soon as she walks away, he rents a room to someone else when their recording says that they welcome service animals. This is discrimination and disgusting behavior. What a horrible man.

I am SO thankful that this place exists and Doug has been wonderful to us. An elderly family member of mine needed an inexpensive simple place to live alone longer term and has been very happy here over the last 9 months or so. She has a mini fridge, microwave, small kitchen with stovetop burners, ample cabinet space, 2 sinks, larger shower/tub with storage and privacy. The rooms are significantly bigger than other similar motels in the area for less money so that was a huge plus for us. Doug in the office is always great every time I see him and happy to fix anything quickly if ever needed. The housekeeping staff is great as well, very sweet and helpful with requests, comes every week to wash sheets and towels and more. Everyone is real friendly here and there hasn’t been any major drama

Zero Stars. This was a last resort for me my 5 month old and my fiancé. The price is ridiculous for the size of the room and how bad the roaches are. No matter how much you clean, no matter how much they say they come out to spray, they don’t lessen and they don’t disappear. I understand that these are smoke rooms, but when we moved in a couple months ago, floors were absolutely disgusting. Had to mop and vacuum myself and even after multiple times of doing that i refuse to walk around here without shoes on because my feet turn black and afraid to step on bugs barefoot. I will say the service is not the best but our bathroom fan didn’t work from day one and maintenance came in and fixed it a couple days after we addressed the issue. Older place, with great potential! Doug, at the front desk, is very polite, kind, and concerned for your needs. The price is awesome! I stayed there for 5 weeks, and never had a worry or concern. I was always asked if my room needed anything, and the maids are so polite and eager to assist. If you're looking for a place to stay, for an extended period, I recommend this place.

I am currently staying here and paid for one week. Was hesitant because I had read so many reviews about roaches. There were no other hotels available so I came here and looked at the one room available. At first sight it didn't appear too too bad and even inquired at the office about the reviews on roaches. They assured me they had exterminate come every week. Well, this is all a smoke screen. The roaches are horrible. The exterminate said They are in the walls and that's why there are so many. This is unbelievable the roach problem here. I am definitely trying to find another place to go. As a matter of fact, it's so bad I keep my clothes and belongings in my car and only store food here in a can. I would never recommend anyone to stay here unless you just use drugs and care nothing for
