Metro Extended Stay Hotel

Worse hotel ever. This is location is a hazard. First, after hours you have to communicate with someone on the phone. They don't have a person at the front desk. Secondly, as soon as you walk in the odor of body odor and cigarette/MJ stinks. I lasted ten minutes even after changing rooms. I felt like throwing up and couldn't even breathe properly. They leave the windows opened to try and get rid of the smell. Lastly, there's people walking by all over the property in the middle of the night! Spend the extra 30-40 dollars. I literally walked in my first room with everything being remodeled.

First off let me start by saying I love the location, it’s near everything! Secondly, the rooms are always nice and clean. I rent a room here every weekend so I can confidently say that the staff is absolutely amazing: I have experience with all of them, but the GM, Victoria is who I deal with the most and I can’t express my gratitude enough on how comfortable she strives to assure that I am on each visit. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, so they definitely tilt the scale. It’s the price, customer service, clean rooms, and location that keeps me coming back. I have really enjoyed all of my stays. Oh, and needless to say each week I’m in a different room, but they all have been on point! 😌

Please avoid this Hotel is the worst experience I ever had,| I been staying for almost 3 weeks, and the older Lady at front desk is claiming a payment from two weeks ago,when I been making my payments every time I was told it was check out date. | Plus she told me one price over the phone and once I arrived at the location first of all she was very very unfriendly, and then gave me a higher rate,| Second I didn't have cable or internet service for almost a week, then when to nock the door really hard and very irrespetfull told me come and pay or get out,when my due date it was not to the next date,I took my resives and showed it to her,and screaming after got her phone check the calendar and realized My payment was not to next date she was like OK ok bye be, |After all this bad

Been at this hotel for 3 weeks and no cable or Internet, and they haven't fixed the cable yet but want to take your money and not fix the problem this is not right as for compensation your supposed to move the customer into another room, give them their money back or take more than 25.00 dollars off of the room it's not worth it they keep saying they talk to someone, but haven't seen Comcast yet don't waste your money here.

First time here and rooms are actually remodeled. Clean. Nice. I hate the pillows got my back in pain but the room is clean. It has internet great. Have a special smoke place not that great so I got the the street. But it's right by stores restaurants and drinks. I'll be staying here as long as I can. It's better than live inn lodge and a few on northwest Pkwy at delk and Franklin. If you know you know.
