I stayed at 40 Temple St, Suite #9 for 2 nights. It was a pleasant stay. Pros: The kitchenette includes 2 electric burners, a microwave, a toaster, and a mini fridge, as well as dishes to utilize. It was very handy and helped me to save on my meal costs while there. The heated bathroom floor is *luxurious*. I didn't think I would like it as much as I did, but it was wonderful! The free internet worked great (you'll find the access information in your check-in email). Room was clean and well maintained. Location feels safe enough; though it is about a 20-30 minute walk to Tufts University and that area. Good food very close by, including a convenience store on the same block. Cons: The remote for the heat pump (temperature control) needed new batteries, as the display was so faded it was

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and even unsafe. The room they showed as available to me had very low, sloped ceilings — far lower than anything shown or disclosed online. The layout is awkward and cramped, and during the night, while walking to the bed in the dark, I hit my head on the ceiling and hurt myself. No guest should have to worry about head injuries just trying to get into bed. When I brought this to the hotel’s attention and asked to switch rooms for the second night, management told me I would have to pay an additional $80 “cleaning fee” simply because the room had already been used. Charging a guest to move after they’ve been injured by the room’s design is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of customer care. Overall, this was a two-night stay that fel

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights, and I have to say this location is PERFECT! It is right in the middle of everything, so it's easy to walk somewhere or just jet over to the train station. There's a cute little sitting area next to the building, just a little garden that gives it the perfect little charm. I loved that the bathroom had heated floors, and I loved sitting in front of the floor to ceiling windows. The only annoying thing is that the TV is angled not towards anything and doesn't swivel. But really, just go out and see Boston!

DO NOT BOOK HERE. I had an emergency come up during my stay here and the service team was so unhelpful. Not only were they difficult to deal with, but they didn't even care. Management and the entire property team only care about money, as it goes when dealing with people in property these days. They were extremely unaccommodating, and they wouldn't even let me change everything like finding a different time to book because of their "policy" We were in the room for maybe five minutes and it was not as the pictures described. The floors were much more dirty than the images and the bed was not as described. Avoid at all costs and I am not one person to do this i.e. leaving a bad review.

We stayed at apartment #14, we don't know how the rest of the apartments are. We're not very tall people, but the apartment is built in such a way that effectively most of the space is unusable, unless you hunch down to avoid the sloped ceiling. The bathroom is not that small, but arranged in such a way that every movement you take you will surely touch the toilet seat. The light switch is hidden behind the door - which is very hard to maneuver around (since it's almost touching the toilet as well). The bathroom door doesn't allow for a lot of privacy as the opaque window is too transparent. The TV is partially blocked by the kitchen cabinet, and the other half blocks the bathroom door. So as you avoid hitting your head on the ceiling you're likely to get hit by the TV. The provided towel
