I don't think they like black ppl. Last night,I walked to the store and ran into one of the tenants out here. He decided to walk me back to my room and we got yelled at by the husband or father and told I couldn't have company when I didn't. Instead of causing a scene, we just walked away to our respective rooms. The lady at the front also wouldn't give me more towels and wash clothes to bath with. It's just me and my kids with 2 towels and 1 washcloths so some of us didn't get to bath today. They take our money but don't like us! BAD BUSINESS! RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE. They need personality and customer service classes when they come over here! Not to mention dirty rooms for $95/a night! Dirty walls, dirty tub with the rings and used soap still in the drain... I know I was over charged... Oh

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This was the most disgusting place I have ever visited in my life, the outside does not look bad but when you walk in the room it’s a different story! There was stains & hair all over the comforter, there was hair still in the sink where someone had shaved & no one had cleaned the room at all. The management was a joke, rudest people I have EVER met they were refusing to give us a refund & cussing us out in front of my little girl. They finally have us a refund after arguing for 30 minutes. It was a complete disaster. Just do not stop here. The place should be shut down.

Do not stay here!! Unless it’s an emergency!!! The staff is insane and the rooms have roaches! Trust spend the extra 10$ go across the street. The people who own this place are the rudest most nasty people I’ve eve met. They don’t deserve anyone’s business. And the room are so so so gross!!!!

At first it wasn't so bad. Sure, there were non-working things like the t.v., toilet, closet rack, etc. But all seemed minimal. The staff was friendly and many of them did their very best to be professional and tried to help. In the end, there are people I want to thank by name: Jermaine, Tanya and the older lady who works in the wee hours of the morning. And, the young white kid was nice. However, I watched in horror as the "manager" shouted at customers, cussed them out and even called them names. Even though they were recording her on their phones. Many people were over charged and she was mean spirited and nasty to customers, who weren't even mean to her. She was by far thee LEAST accommodating person in hospitality I have ever met! I would never stay at this hotel ever again. First off the manager on shift from 1/1/20 - 1/14/20 was disrespectful. He forced us to move rooms so he can paint. Moved my family to a dirty room that his painters and construction workers was working out of. They was cutting boards that had deadly chemicals that could have harmed my 3 year old with asthma and my pregnant girlfriend. After i tried to have them come clean the room multiple times they never did it. I filed a complaint with the BBB online. And i called the Department of public health. This is not a place to stay if you have kids. They ended up kicking me and my family out without getting oir money back or getting to talk to the owner.
