The room was nice and spacious, the carpet was clean and the kitchen was nice. Everything smelled fine too. However, the housekeepers clearly are incompetent because I found a condom and hair tinsel in one of the bathroom drawers. Also there was a slice of forgotten pizza in the microwave. Make sure your housekeepers check every inch of the room! Also there was a stain on my pillow when I checked in but that was resolved quickly and professionally by the nice man at the front desk. I understand that this hotel recently went under a change in ownership, but it should still be held to a high standard especially since the rooms are quiet nice.

They were very rude , the rooms were disgusting and filthy floors. Ive worked for hotels for most of my career and this was pretty bad . One we lost all our groceries we bought 150.00 to be exact. There refrigerator didn't work. The kitchen had used dirty plates and silverware in them , it hasn't had a good cleaning in sometime. I can tell housekeeping does the bare minimum, which is unexceptical ! Food stuck on cabinets fridge inside was nasty door frames and doors had looked like spilled liquid from dropping or spilling a cup . Dirty hand marks all on the walls probably from children around the door handles were disgusting !!! And the lamps had greasy substance around them , and the chair in the living room and dining room chairs were fabric and almost black from not cleaning them ....i

Positive: Nothing but the TV Negative: It was very dirty. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned, the elevator was out of service and there were stains on the wall and carpet! And I haven’t received my $100.00 deposit yet.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. When we checked in late at night, the front desk employee appeared to be under the influence and communicated very poorly. There was no clear explanation of policies, and the interaction felt unprofessional from the start. We had specifically confirmed and negotiated a pet fee at check-in because there was no mention online that a pet fee would apply. However, a different front desk employee (Mac or Max) later called and rudely insisted that we pay additional money every day, despite the prior agreement. The room itself was unacceptable. It was dirty upon arrival, and there were dirty dishes left inside the dishwasher. There was no maid service provided during our stay. The overall cleanline

Trash every where besides room. 100 dollar deposit for stay not mentioned online. Room had a fire in it prior to me being there based on the marked foot rest. We will see if I even get my deposit back based on how shady the place seemed and other reviews I'm just now reading. Would give it one star but I thoroughly checked the bed and there was no bed bugs so that's a relief. Didn't check if the breakfast was up because I wouldn't of been able to eat in a lobby that smelled like a dumpster.
