Magnuson Hotel Marietta

Worst hotel experience of my life. Would give zero stars if it let me. We will be demanding our money back. Just because a place is cheap doesn’t mean they can offer absolute garbage. Room was disgusting (literally dries uncleaned lube on a bedside table.) The door only shuts when you deadbolt it and has zero soundproofing. We heard EVERYTHING on the walkway outside us. Any person walking by woke us up. Then at 5am literally right outside our window was apparently a LANDSCAPING company where they were dropping large stones and their trucks were beeping every time they backed up constantly.

The door looks like it's been kicked in, the top lock is just broken off with the bracket missing, just two screw holes, unpainted. Carpet filthy. Cracked tile .Crappy paint cover ups. I think someone puked next to the bed. Sticky stuff on sink countertop. Toilet paper holder broken down, u can see a dark hole in wall behind it and the previous occupant just left their boiled egg pkg sitting on the dresser ( how can the housekeeper not see that sitting right in front of the TV? Oh & the front desk worker said, no ice machine & there was ice in the room. I found a plastic sandwich bag frozen stuck in the freezer that was not clean and full of old frost. A beer bottle broken in the parking lot. I mean, there's more but I'm tired of writing. I can't even rate this with one star. BEWARE!!!!!!!

It’s exactly what you would expect for the price. Not bad at all for a quick trip! Thankful for good staff and easy going experiences.

Where do u start... Flew in last min traveling with a 4month old all the other rooms in the area were booked up so we went here first red flag!!!! They charged me more then what it stated online however I was ok with that after all it was 2am we opened the room door it was not up to our standards but again what can we do it's 3am we were out of the room by 7am we couldn't sleep because the door didn't close all the way the room wouldn't get warmbecause the space under the door ok fast fast forward we are leaving and noticed we all bitten up like my whole body yuck I'm so upset we have been calling and reaching out to the hotel and keep leaving messages no replies I am updating with photos daily and the products we are using
