Water was off I asked for the rate to change to 45.99 for inconvenience . They were advertising that price on sign outside. Manager didn't want to adjust. I thought that was a small price since it wasn't my fault that water didn't work

If you want to go where drug dealers get away with women screaming in parking lot pulling out hitting other vehicles and management doesn't care then stay here. If you want to be where staff treats you like a criminal because you want to check out late and pay for it in advance they approve it and then tell you there is a penalty for late check out then this is the place for you. If you want drunk staff members cleaning your room with dirty mops and rags (if you have alcohol in your room hide it or it disappears) then you have chosen wisely. This is by far the most horrifying place they will kick you out if you have a visitor they'll say no no no but the drug dealer can have people in and out at all hours blaring his music belittling the staff ( the rudest most incompetent staff in existen

I stayed there a week always paying on time never a problem UNTIL the day I left I was waiting outside ( in the cold about to rain under the buildings shade ) my phone then died and the lady at the front desk was trying to charge me to stand inside and charge it when I did finally get some charge she told me I had to wait outside in the rain for my ride her words (“no pay no money no stand here”) ….. also I was being over charged to stay there one day it was $65 then $75 then $85 and lord forbid I pay with a cash app card they would charge me an extra $10 🤦🏽‍♀️ I got ate up by bugs in the beg sheets got stains and dirt literally still on them and my room still had things from the previous person THEN the price THAT is being advertised is not the real price they charging they are over price

I love the renovated restrooms. They give a more modern and neat look to the motel style rooms. The elevator, however, could’ve been cleaner. They need to have staff randomly check those elevators Cuz it kind of reeked of urine and smoke.

The location is fine it’s the service and the room. My family came down here for a trip and the staff caused so many problems. They complained about how 3 people was in a room when we was only staying over for 1 night. My family paid over $500 for a week and they refused to give a refund.The room smelled like old people and just looked like a bad room. The sheets was dirty, you can see stains on the pillow and to make it worst i was laying in the bed and started itching. We was getting ate up in the bed by god who knows what and makes me wanna get my money back and go to a better hotel. I do NOT RECOMMEND getting a room over here when you travel.
