LUMA Hotel San Francisco

This is my second time staying at LUMA for business in San Francisco. Chris and Ricky made me feel like I was the only person staying at the hotel. First class service without a doubt. I enjoy how techy the hotel is. From the robots delivering room service to the actual rooms. With the "one-touch" sheer our blackout blinds. The bathroom has a glass pony wall that has its own sheer power blind for privacy. The hotel has a side lobby that houses a coffee and pastry bar and a variety of seating. The workout room has a yoga area with two dueling TONAL screens for guided exercises. There are plenty of treadmills and free weights, clean towels and water bottle refill station. If you're not sure where to stay, for the same price, I would not have to think twice. I would chose LUMA.

First, the hotel staff were all so polite and helpful. Immediately upon arrival it felt like they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and even offered suggestions for restaurants in the area. The hotel was pristine, offering nice seating areas and a coffee bar. The room offered great amenities and was comfortable enough for our night stay. The personal AC unit in the room was a wonderful touch as well. |Last but not least, location. The Luma is situated on the corner of Channel Street which is within walking distance of soooo many shops, events and restaurants. When we return to SF, I’ll definitely be staying here again.

An exceptional stay at LUMA Hotel San Francisco ✨ This stay was exactly what I needed. LUMA is perfectly located near UCSF, where I had surgery scheduled the following morning—making everything feel calm, convenient, and stress-free. Even though I was only there for about six hours, I got great sleep, enjoyed an amazing shower, and truly felt taken care of. The automated blind separating the bathroom from the main room was such a cool, modern touch. Loved the robe, loved the slippers—small details that made a big difference. The staff was wonderful, kind, and welcoming. And the little robots cruising around the entryway and lobby? We enjoyed the rooms at this hotel but were also left feeling a bit unimpressed overall. The hotel boasts about their restaurants which we were really looking forward to enjoying. We visited on a Monday so I made sure when booking that their rooftop bar would still be open. We were really looking forward to spending our one night evening there enjoying the view. There was no mention from anyone at all until we asked that it would be closed that night for a private event. The hotel should reconsider any future private events or at least make it known in advance as I’m sure we weren’t the only guests bummed to find out the rooftop bar was closed. Their wine bar was also closed on Monday. And the room service was only from their cafe which closes early at 3pm. And when we finally did get to u

Really really nice hotel. Quite new, great controls in the room (shades, lights, temperature.) also really good gym for a medium sized hotel. There’s an unbelievable croissant shop called Arsicault a block away hidden behind the building across 3rd street.
