The rooms are small, look a little dated, but honestly, who cares. This is an affordable stay that was very clean inside and outside. Has functional bathrooms, showers, fan, HVAC, and blocks the street noise well. The mattress was incredibly comfortable and clean, too.

I stayed here last weekend and my experience was great! The person working the desk, the owner I think, was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and cozy and though the room was a bit outdated, it was clean and well-maintained. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a budget-friendly place to stay close to the San Luis Obispo downtown area and CalPoly SLO! P.S. I recommend you book directly through their website!

Very clean and totally comfortable! Lovely views of golden hills, sunset & moonrise. Excellent value with simple furnishings and basic amenities. Fridge and microwave, no coffee pot. Restaurants, shops, and coffee within easy walking distance. Google maps said 22 min walk to train station--accurate! Good home base to explore historical and vibrant San Luis Obispo. Owner/manager welcoming and helpful.

Owner was very friendly. We had a newer room and were very comfortable. Location is so close to downtown as well. Great stay!

Great location and safe to walk at night . Real close to downtown. We enjoyed our stay. Rooms are small ,however very clean. Would benefit from having coffee pit in room. The owner Viresh was Very helpful and accommodating !
