It’s brand new so everything was good and clean, nice place to stay close from the westgate

Madisen and Stephanie truly made our weekend stay at LivAway Hotel unforgettable. They went out of their way to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. Their kindness, helpfulness, and genuine hospitality made all the difference in our experience. It’s rare to come across people who care this much about guests—thank you both for going above and beyond!

Just tried this new hotel and it was amazing. Shout out to ranae for making me feel so welcome an being so informative on my questions. I will be back again . My new go to place.

This hotel stated pet friendly(I have a service dog who travels with me everywhere and is well trained), and they were anything but that accused of smelling to charge fees after check out and blamed it on dogs but had no evidence and when they said we could come back to see for ourself and once we got there they had nothing to show for it.. nothing was soiled or smelled and the staff all ran to the back when we walked into main office.. staff would rather stand in back and were gossiping rather than addressing the situation at hand when we’re trying to get clarity on the situation to understand what was the reason for the call we got from the hotel after our check out was. Very immature and incompetent staff at this establishment. Not to mention during our ONE EVENING stay we got Locked ou
