Lexen Hotel - Hollywood Walk of Fame/Universal Studios

I had a really great experience at Hotel Lexen. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful with any questions I had. Check-in was smooth and fast, which I really appreciated after a long day. The service throughout my stay was excellent. Anytime I needed assistance, the team responded quickly and with a positive attitude. You can tell they care about their guests and take pride in what they do. The overall atmosphere felt comfortable and well-managed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for great customer service and a pleasant stay.

Very friendly nice staffing! Elizabeth helped me at check out she was very very sweet and welcoming! She was helpful every single day I’ve been there. I cried getting to know her. Thru my month stay I got to get to know Kiki also a sweet heart and love talking to her. I’ve stayed here about and overall everyone is very friendly and feels like family!! I stayed at Lexen Hotel last night at 2018 North Highland Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90068, and had a few issues, unfortunately. I asked the Front Desk person if I could stay a second night for the amount I paid for the first night, and I was told, "No, you may not. We use an algorithm for daily room charges, so we have no control whatsoever about daily room charges." I went to the room and found the white bath towel to be wet. I had no idea who could have used the bathroom before I got there. I ordered new towels, and the hotel representative said he did not want to touch the wet towel, and so he asked me to leave it on the floor in the hallway. I really wanted to love Lexen Hotel Hollywood Boulevard, it’s a beautiful hotel in a great location, and at first everything seemed perfect. The rooms were clean, stylish, and modern. Kiki at the front desk was incredible ,so kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. But our trip completely changed when $400 worth of our belongings were stolen straight out of our room. We lost five LABUBUs and two pairs of jeans, and there’s no possible way they just “disappeared.” What makes it even weirder is that other stuff we bought that same day was in the exact same shopping bags and wasn’t touched or stolen at all.
