Hollywood Guest Inn

This is a beautiful little hotel with amazing spacious rooms. it i very clean and offers a lot for the price. the rooms are equipped with lots of storage space and cabinets, beds and sheets are clean, mattresses are ok, very large bathrooms and hot water. They have a parking and the location is perfect if you want to be close to the heart of hollywood.you have lots of restaurants and convenience stores around and a lot of lesiure activities. The staff members are nice overall, they aren't the very welcoming kind, they look like they are always suspicious of someone or something but nothing too creepy. it's just they aren't the warm hosts type. but they get the job done and i never had a problem. i stayed multiple times her and I would come again. high scores on rooms and location. gr8 valu

The room was very clean and the hotel desk is very approachable and kind. Most of the reviews says that it is not a good place but when we stayed there for 3 nights, we were able to sleep and rest well. It is true that there are homeless people near the hotel but they won’t disturb you and it is not a big deal. They also clean our room every time we go out of the hotel which is a plus! There is also a lot of parking space and there’s no need to worry about it. The place was close to the hollywood walk of fame and other famous tourist spots.

I had a welcoming committee of cockroaches as soon as I walked in and turned on the light. I was instantly grossed out. There's no way I can sleep here so I'm going to have to drive back tonight instead of spending the night.

Pros: clean and safe. Cons: no blankets on beds, terrible parking, no TV remote, missing light bulbs in lamps, kid-size towels and tiny soap bars. ||I needed an affordable room for 2 adults and 3 kids. This was less than “Motel 6 level“ accommodations. At check-in, he must’ve studied my license and credit card for several minutes before making copies and registering me (I already had a paid reservation). After paying $18/nite for parking (not listed on reservation site), he had me wait at my car, while he “checked the room,” then brought key to my car. All parking spaces were TINY (my compact only fit with mirrors folded in) and required much back and forth to squeeze in. Rear parking was gated and required calling the office to be opened.

The Staff here were all very friendly and ready to assist, my room was very clean, great location, and the price was definitely good for the area. It was a good experience and I would definitely come and stay here again.
