La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Warwick Providence Airport

Upon arrival, I had to request four room changes due to cleanliness and maintenance issues. Unfortunately, even after multiple moves, none of the rooms were truly clean or properly ready for a guest. The first room had massive visible blood stains in the carpet and what appeared to be vomit stains on the bedding. The floor and desk surfaces also had debris throughout. The second room was also not properly cleaned - counters and floors were dirty, there were brown stains on the rug, and the door showed signs of attempted forced entry and rattled noticeably. The third room was somewhat cleaner, but it still did not feel properly maintained. I was standing amazing staff, Miss June front desk is real. Professional real nice. The breakfast staff lady is really really nice attentive resource for and helpful. She will be keeps the breakfast area. Nice and clean. She deserves a raise really nice lady. She should get promoted to breakfast manager supervisor. She make sure every guess had everything that they needed, and was accommodated. I love traveling for business and staying in this place because it’s nice and clean. And there improvement on the facility is coming out. Awesome.

The walls are paper thin you can hear everything in the hallway like they are in your room. The heat no mater how many times we shut it off kept tuning back on full blast. The elevator loudly dings all day. And my biggest complaint the 2nd night of our stay the parking lot was beyond full people parked in every available inch including non spots we asked the front desk what to do and we were told park at motel 6 we own that too and walk back. This was late nigbt early morning so we said that wasnt safe and unacceptable so they got us an uber from motel 6 back. When I asked about compensation or even just some points I was told it happens ever time we sell out it is what it is. I didnt feel safe leaving my car at motel 6. I had booked a reservation for a 6-day parking spot, "shuttle to and from" the airport, and a 1-night stay at La Quinn Inn & Suites by Wyndham Warwick Providence Airport. My check-in date was for yesterday, Sunday, January 11th. After a long day of traveling, we were looking forward to being able to rest at ease. Unfortunately it was the complete opposite. We had arrived to La Quinta Inn around 11PM due to our 10:20PM arrival time. We thought were going to be able to take a shuttle from the airport to La Quinta, however after contacting the front desk at 10:29PM, I was told that the shuttle was unavailable and that uber was our advised option. Although, we had originally booked this hotel for the “convenient” 4AM-11PM airport shuttle listed on their website and booking sites. After being

Positive: The airport shuttle Negative: Yes i had no hot water even after asking for them to fix the issue twice. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling down. One of the front desk staff looked at me like I was trying to cause problems when I just wanted hot water to shower.
