Hilton Garden Inn Providence Airport/Warwick

I have traveled frequently over the past three years. In most cases I stay with Hilton as a Diamond member. The stay at HGI at PVD was one of the best I've had overall. From the staff professionalism, courtesy, room cleanliness, everything made this stay memorable. Hilton, you must work hard to bring your other properties to this level of performance.

Great Overnight Stay at Hilton Garden Inn Providence Airport/Warwick We only needed a quick overnight stay, and this hotel was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the entire property (lobby, hallways, elevators) was exceptionally clean and smelled fresh throughout — something I always notice and really appreciate. Check-in and check-out were a breeze using the Hilton app, so we had minimal interaction, but every staff member we did see was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Convenient location, super clean, comfortable beds, and great service. Couldn’t ask for more. We’ll definitely be back!!

Hilton Garden Inn, Perfect for Wedding Guests The Hilton Garden Inn was the perfect place for us and our guests to stay for our daughter’s wedding. The hotel rooms were a good size and very comfortable, and they made the sure the bride and groom had an extra big corner room so hair and make up could be done there. They even brought in a rack for hanging dresses and extra chairs for the girls. Breakfast each morning was downstairs where you could choose from a very good buffet breakfast or food made to order, both for a price. It was convenient to eat there and enjoy time with our wedding guests. We had the Rehearsal Dinner at Iron Works, which is attached to the hotel and was great, so no one had to drive. Good location and the room was mostly clean, except we disnt use shower and can see nothing but the person before us's water and soap spots. However there is a horrible noise that comes from the air system on 6th floor. I couldn't concentrate on anything and slept terrible bc of it. It didnt help how much light came into my room bc the blackout curtains dont actually shut and only go over the sides of the window. Not the giant 4 feet center. The smoking part behind building had vomit, I told them at night and its still there this morning. Told the front desk and he didnt care and tried to tell me all the rooms have the ability to block out light and they couldn't send anyone to look at noise til 9am, even tho I leave at 11. Nor did he care about the vomit outside so I had to go to a dif s
