Holiday Inn Express & Suites Warwick-Providence (Airport)

Functional at best. The room was not the cleanest (whiskers in the sink, bedspreads that probably need to be replaced by now, weird smell like some sort of deodorizer maybe?), the water went from scalding to freezing with no way to correct it, one elevator didn't work the entirety of our stay and the pool was as big as something you'd buy at walmart. Breakfast was mid and frankly not even preparing coffee until 6:30am seems like poor planning when most are trying to catch flights and get their day started. Every interaction with the front desk staff with exception to checkout left me feeling like the employees would much rather be anywhere else in the world and frankly, same. Of all the other hotels available in Providence, when everyone else in every shop, restaurant and place we visited

I stayed a week at this location. The whole week i had to deal with taking cold or barely warm showers. I complained multiple times to the front desk staff. Each time they said they would reset the boiler. After they reset it, it always take at least a hr for the water to heat back up. Whatever the problem is, it needs to be fixed ASAP for the amount they charge for a weeks stay. Other than that my stay was smooth, the rooms & beds were very comfortable. The staff and cleaning ladies were very friendly. Would i stay here again? No if the hot water issue is not fixed.

One of the worst rooms I’ve been in in a long time. Black mold on curtains, headboard peeling all over the bed. Hotel is in bad need of renovation. Overall property cleanliness is poor. We came back from dinner around 11, observed the desk clerk sound asleep. Won’t go back!

Let’s start with this is the fastest check-in I have ever had anywhere in the country well or world. Actually, I showed up showed her my ID and I was headed to my room. The room is very nice a smaller older TV but at least I had good channels The decent and it was the first time I ever seen a pancake making machine. Very cool probably the best pancake I ever had 🥞surprisingly

Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable. Overall not a bad IHG hotel. The hall floors were pretty dirty and sticky. It was a pretty quiet area so that was nice. Nothing special here but I would stay again.
