​I recently stayed at the hotel and had the pleasure of being served by Mike F. at the bar several times during my stay. I cannot recommend his service highly enough! ​From the moment I sat down, he was attentive, personable, and truly knowledgeable about the menu. He remembered my drink preferences after the first night and offered fantastic, creative suggestions when I wanted to try something new. His Old Fashioned was perfectly balanced—easily one of the best I've ever had. ​Beyond the drinks, he maintains a great presence behind the bar. He handles busy periods with calm efficiency and always has a welcoming smile. He genuinely elevated the bar experience from just a hotel amenity to a destination. If you're looking for a top-notch cocktail and a great conversation, ask for him.

Deanne that runs the Starbucks is absolutely amazing. She is so kind and is the very definition of service with a smile. We have visited her several times while attending and competing in tournaments. She has always been so kind and positive to our daughter Cecilia. It’s nice to be greeted and catch up with someone who comes across as extremely caring and empathetic. On our last visit our daughter was very nervous about her upcoming events. Deanne seemed to sense that and took the time to make her feel welcome by engaging Cecilia and smiling at her. Cecilia ended up eating a giant cinnamon roll that Deanne heated up and went on to win both of her events. Later, we came back for the awards ceremony and Cecilia wanted to stop by to show Deanne her dress for the banquet. She is the model of w

Positive: The hotel was outstanding in every category. The rooms were spacious and clean and had every amenity we desired. The beds were also very comfortable. Negative: Nothing.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but this stay was extremely disappointing — not because of one small issue, but because of the complete lack of empathy and basic hospitality from the staff. At the very beginning of our stay, we were double charged. Thomas made a point to say it was my friends fault instead of just making it right. Told me I wouldnt have to return and he would bring it up to the manager without me coming back and worrying about it. He neglected to do so, found the manager myself and he heard nothing of this situation. It took time and frustration just to get that corrected and receive confirmation a credit was in the works in the first place. That should have been the first red flag. This hotel really impressed me. It starts with the warm and friendly service at the front desk with John, who welcomed me. Then the room was HUGE and the bathroom was the best with 2 sinks and a toilet room with a locking door. Thomas at the front desk answered all my questions and was so friendly. Then at the beautiful lobby bar I was taken wel care of by Mike. Great wine selection, had a local cab. Everyone has been so nice. The pool is very warm. The gym is clean and decent. Gas station is a 5 minute walk away. I’m happy my company put me up here for a night and hope I come back again soon!
