La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham El Paso West Bartlett

I was a little apprehensive about staying here after having already booked my room and reading the reviews afterwards, many negative 1 star reviews however after arriving and walking into the lobby we were greeted with the pleasant aroma of something in the air, smelled cleaned and very nice, spoke to the people in front regarding the bad reviews and they allowed us to check the room prior to checking in, the rooms were very nice and clean, was told by them that they had begun renovations in the last 10 days so to please excuse the mess, which we didn't see any of. They plan on completing the remodel within the next few weeks so things will definitely be better however we had no issues whatsoever with our stay, I can't say anything about the breakfast as we stayed out too late at the casin

They don’t have someone on the desk for 24/7 not only that cleaning ladies in hallways are useless just laughing at you not helping you with whatever you needed. Theres always something broken or missing if you are in the quick to go and just store your place in an area I’d suggest to use this place more as a storage room. As well they aren’t clean.

Positive: Absolutely nothing we actually left and found another hotel Negative: The rooms were dirty the staff told us to go to another hotel TVs didn't work there was no bath towels the place was filthy

The lady upfront was nice and attentive. The room was very cold all night. Thermostat was not functioning. Only a one night stay, I had to buy a blanket from Sam’s Club to have that extra warmth. What you get for the price? This has cold rooms and no heat.

Stayed there for Valentine’s night and was so disappointed. Was dirty, no nice hotel smell. Tv didn’t work. Hair dryer didn’t work. Walls were dirty..but it was cheap lol but definitely won’t be booking there again
