La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cincinnati Airpt Florence

Had a good stay. Pool was out of commission. They did tell us before we paid that we could cancel and go somewhere else. The bed was a bit firm. The morning breakfast was good. Overall I had a decent stay. Love the location

This hotel was very clean which was my main concern. Everything in the room was in good working order. The only issue we had was the toilet was slow to flush and took several tries. The fridge could've been colder too, but it wasn't that big of a deal. The breakfast was good and the pool was clean. We had no issues getting fresh towels, toilet paper, etc. The staff was friendly and prompt. We were close to several stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel because it is very close to St. Elizabeth hospital. We had to cancel our reservations several times because of surgery date changes. That was not a problem. We were able to get into the motel a little early due to unforeseen circumstances. Tabitha was so helpful in everything we did. She was very kind to our dog, Sophie who now thinks of Tabitha as a forever friend. Our room was nice and clean. ||There were a couple of problems that are seen at every hotel. It's not the hotel's fault but a group of adults thought it would be fun to yell at the top of their lungs after midnight. I was recovering from surgery, and it was not appreciated. The food was not that great. The outside lighting needs improved.||There were plenty of fluffy towels, hot water didn't run out. Ha

I don't typically stay in a lot of hotels, so I was a little leery based on some of the reviews I had read. I was pleasantly surprised! The room was very clean, comfortable and smelled amazing! It looked newly remodeled. I have 2 dogs which are my children and want them to stay in a room that is clean as well. The staff were also very friendly. Thank you and I will stay there again.

We've stayed here 3 times this year so far and service, cleanliness and affordability have all stayed consistent. The front desk staff have always been welcoming. Despite being a pet friendly hotel, the rooms have been very clean and don't smell of animals as sometimes happens with pet friendly hotels. I really appreciate the shower being very clean. I can't say much about the breakfast because I only get fruit and coffee, but it always smells great, and once again the dining area is clean and well maintained. The lobby, halls and rooms are decorated with pictures of horses! This is a busy hotel which speaks even more to the housekeeping staff in their hardwork keeping everything so clean. The only aspect that falls short is the pack n play I requested on one visit was kinda dirty and s
