La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Atlanta Alpharetta

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room was visibly dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. The floors were not vacuumed, there was dust and debris throughout the room, and the sheets appeared dirty and unwashed. To make matters worse, there were bugs and ants in the bathroom, which made the room feel unhygienic and uncomfortable.||||On the second day, breakfast was also disappointing. There was no tea available, and when I asked a member of the kitchen staff, I was told they were out of tea. This is a basic expectation at breakfast and added to an already poor experience.||||Additionally, the fitness room was inaccessible because the door handle was broken, and I was unable to enter. Positive: Price, clean. Staff was fine. Negative: Breakfast needs a lilltle love. Eggs were watery, sausage was burnt rubber. Fruit & coffee were fine. Simple fixes that would make this hotel 10 times better. Also, mattresses need an upgrade, a little saggy.

Excellent and beautiful location. Easy to get to shops, supermarkets and highways. We had a great stay! Ortenzia in the dining room was great- always attentive to our needs and kept the food coming and warm. The front desk staff too was great and answered all our questions. Great place to stay with the pup too- access to doggie bags, trash cans and a nice place to walk him. Thank you!

That one worker who was hard to understand and he literally BANGED, not knocked, on doors after 10pm one night just to give guests a heads up that sprinkler systems would be updated in our rooms the next morning, prevents this from being 5 stars. The rest of the workers were very friendly and accommodating and I received a hear felt apology from the mgr who was genuinely concerned about what he did. The price suggests a run down motel type but this is a very clean, well run hotel you usually see for over a hundred. Great area and safe. They were also accommodating to my change of plans. I will stay there when I return

First of all it was not disclosed that you need to put down an additional $175 upon arrival as a deposit for your room in case you damage anything.| Secondly, the water pressure in the room was the worst I’ve ever witnessed firsthand. It literally took me over an hour to shower because it was trickling. |Third, and most disturbingly, the bed sheets were not cleaned. We arrived at 9pm after driving all day and after trying to shower in the god forsaken shower, my mother and I wanted to go to bed. When turning down the bed, we noticed the sheets smelled like women’s perfume and had various hairs over everything from the fitted sheet to the pillow cases.
