La Quinta Inn by Wyndham El Paso West

I stayed at La Quinta Inn by Wyndham El Paso West, but my experience was disappointing. The room had multiple stains on the carpet, bed, and armchair, and the door was deteriorating. The tub was stained, which was concerning. I felt it was necessary to wrap myself in my personal blanket to avoid touching surfaces, as I didn’t feel the cleanliness was up to standard. While I was exhausted and arrived late, and therefore chose to stay rather than find another option, I believe the hotel needs renovations and better maintenance. The overall presentation did not meet expectations, despite the reasonable price. I would consider staying again if improvements were made, especially regarding cleanliness and upkeep. The hotel has potential, but it needs to do better

Hotel very run down. Needs serious maintenance and cleaning. Half the property lights dont work. Pool is discusting. Hotel has bird problem (poop and feathers everhwhere). Guestrooms need better cleaning and vacuuming

Worst place I have ever gone to. The walls had mold. The bathroom had stains on walls bath tub and door. Blankets were stained and worst of all when these concerns were brought up the management she rudely denied all claims. When I asked for her supervisors name her answer was her bosses name was boss. Its one thing to lose out on money but fir management to not care of a customer's concerns was just awful! I would not recommend this place!

Positive: Great rate and good location for me. Negative: Bed quality is not good, door was very difficult to operate (stuck in frame).

Front desk is rude and should not be in a customer service role. I made a reservation, disclosed my needs as a person with disability. Requested a 1st floor room 2 hours after check in time and they said they had nothing. I requested same room I had previously next to inside stairwell in leu of not 1st floor and they assured me they would give me that room. Get to the hotel and my room is not available and I need to walk to the opposite side of hotel 3rd floor which was the only room they had, but the parking lot is pretty empty. The woman at the counter could only say “if you want to cancel, go ahead” this is all we have… then told me they had some 2 bed rooms on the second floor only after I pushed her to look further. I was advised to call early and request these rooms by management as
