There is no hot water yesterday and today all day and all night. I spoke with the front desk and was told yesterday that they are aware of it and are working on it. Today they say that their boiler is down and they don't know when it will be repaired. They also didn't mention this when checking in. There is also no compensation even though you paid the full room rate. If you want a hot shower don't stay here. The floor in the room is also filthy and wasn't clean. I wore my white socks and they are filthy now. I stayed here three nights and didn't get new towels or coffee even though I asked the front desk to service the room. The heater in the room is also very loud and you can't sleep when it is on. There were 7 cars in the entire lot so people are staying away from here as other nearb

⭐ 2 out of 5 stars This was my first time visiting El Paso, and I drove all the way from Dallas. Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. When I first arrived, the TV in my room wasn’t working, and the air was off—it was extremely hot inside. I was moved to another room (Room 134), but when I got there, the lights didn’t even work. I unpacked and decided to take a shower after the long drive, only to slip and fall in the bathtub. There was no bath mat provided, and to make matters worse, there wasn’t even a hotel phone in the room to call for help. The first room (116) had a phone, but not the one I was moved to. If someone were to get seriously hurt, they’d have no way to contact anyone. I eventually managed to get to my cell phone and called customer service to report what happe

The front office staff was actually very nice. However the hotel is so horribly run down and such a disappointment. The first room I was given smelled like week old road kill. They switched rooms for me. The new room had major plumbing issues. It took 4 flushes to get the toilet to empty completely. I requested maintenance 3 times before someone finally came to my room to look and told me that it was working as expected. That the plumbing is just slow. I was told to hold the button down for 60-90 seconds straight to empty it. Totally unacceptable. There was no coffee maker in my room, as advertised on their webpage. And a couple times I went to the main office for coffee and it was out or I was told there was an issue with the coffee makers. None of the outlets in the bathroom area worked.

Positive: Close to the Interstate Negative: Toilet didn’t flush, bedspread dirty, the T.V. had sound but showed one picture that flickered and did not correlate with the sound. In the lobby the floors were dirty and the ice maker was nasty.

You get what you paid for. Probably the worst hotel I've stayed at in a long time. Had to get my room changed twice, first room looks like they never cleaned and it has trash everywhere. Second soon toilet was clogged and had pubic hair everywhere. Finally when I get a decent room the pillows didn't have pillow cases and it looked like the never swapped out the bed sheets. I was just tired of dealing with front desk. Luckily I was moving from Florida to San Diego and had my own pillows and a blanket. They are cheap for a reason. Make sure to really check things out before you commit to a room.
