La Quinta Inn by Wyndham El Paso Cielo Vista

This place is a convenient stay to travel around El Paso! There’s a delicious breakfast with the kindest and most helpful staff who helped out when our booking was unexpectedly cancelled. The rooms were clean (but a bit dated, with minimal lighting), none of the issues mentioned in any of the lower rated reviews were in the room we stayed in (126). Parking was mostly empty, up until the Wednesday we left.

Horrible place!! When walking into facility it smelled like sewage ! We ended up booking the “ suite “ for one night and we did not even feel comfortable staying the rest of the night! Walking into our “ suite “ we noticed the carpets and pillows were stained! There was left over trash near the bed on the floor! No towels nor toilet paper issued to the room! One of the windows only had a plastic cover that by the way was not put on correctly because we could hear everything going on outside !!! We found a DEAD cockroach inside our fridge & someone’s left over sodas! We found a LIVE cockroach in our bathroom! When we decided to check out the girl in the front was useless to our issues not even a “ i apologize “ just stated we needed to talk to the manager and mind you this was AFTER she tol

This is one of the worst places my husband and I have ever stayed in. The front desk man was very nice and polite. No complaints with the staff at all. The room itself was very clean. The bed was soft and comfortable and the covers were nice and clean. Pillows were comfy and there were plenty of them. The walls appeared to be freshly painted and looked nice. The air conditioner worked great and kept us comfortable all night. ||Now for why I rated it so low. The tissue box on the wall was totally rusted out, looking very gross, and there were no tissues in the room. The tub faucet was completely disconnected from the wall and was held up merely by its connection to the pipe. The drain was totally stopped up so when you showered, the tub filled up and took more than 1 hour to drain. |High on

Positive: The hotel was horrible. It was super dirty. The shower had mold and the room was dingy dirty and empty. I couldn’t even sit on the toilet or bed. I did cancel my stay. Negative: The outside area was very dark. No street lighting. Did not look safe. Very old hotel no recent maintenance.

Room was fine, they fixed the TV quickly, but the tub was gross. Stained and cigarette burns, faucet was falling off the wall. Hard to get the water hot enough to get in. There was a missing knob on the closet. No place to walk my dog. Room was hard to find. The other rooms may be great, but don't stay in 108
