La Cuesta Inn

Great hotel! We were only there one night but the front desk staff was wonderful, the breakfast was hot and had a good selection, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the pool (heated) and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

Stay there for a night, it was much better than we thought. Clean and spacious room, gas station is just across the road, free parking and breakfast.

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay, and GM Kalee went above and beyond. I had left two items in our room after checkout, and she personally saw to it that they would be shipped back to my address in LA. Now that's five-star service! We'll be back.

Absolutely fantastic hotel and staff! My buddy and I came for a Spartan Race in Santa Margarita and the La Cuesta Inn was everything and more that we needed it to be. The beds were super comfortable, the breakfast was so good and the hot tub really was a life saver. The location and building were very charming and magical. The staff was really great, especially the lovely young lady who checked us out. She asked us about our race and was very kind. We couldn’t recommend this place more! Thank you, La Cuesta Inn!

Used to absolutely love staying at this hotel and have stayed numerous times over several years. Recently though I think they figured out I was an easy target for additional money, they claimed I smoked in my room but I did not and explained numerous times I smoked outside in my vehicle and asked that they check the cameras and see I was not smoking. She told me no they would not and to take it up with booking I did infact call booking and they did not report to booking so I'm thinking easy come up of 250$ I will be disputing the charge to make sure that when they are audited that this transaction is infact reported and not pocketed. The entire interaction was very weird and extremely hostile and aggressive the woman emailed me numerous times to argue with me about the topic. The fee was a
