Hallway and room literally smelled like a septic field🤢🤮 Bed was comfy though. Room was clean just the bad smells. Not sure if it was from the water or what , but was not pleasant! Front desk lady was nice 🙂.

Rooms are dated. Bedding needs upgraded. Location ok if you wish to utilize the casino. Restaurant is basic, could use new menu. Service? Well... first night we asked for 2 extra pillows from front desk woman. She sighed deeply and said If I have time, didn't get pillows. Had rough night as pillows are flat. Second day asked different front desk lady and got better service, and pillows. World class service as they advertise...no

Been here a number of times in the past 10 years and it’s progressively gotten worse. The lady they have working the desk has been here since our last visit and she’s usually working by herself, so check in takes 20 minutes almost every time per group due to some issue one way or another. If there are people ahead of you, you’re at least 40 minutes in line. Rooms are mediocre - definitely not a $200+ night hotel, but you get what you get (up here). The restaurant used to be good but the last time we came the food was about the same as a high school cafeteria. The slots are insanely tight - don’t expect to come out ahead, you’ll be lucky to break even and get a few spins. Think it’s time we find somewhere else to stay when we come up this way.

Only problem with the stay was the dining options. Restaurant was closed in the evening and only a take out deli was open. Just a bit disappointing

Well off the main drag of town, this facility was under renovation, construction and short staffing. One elevator was not working and kept sounding a continuous alarm. The main restaurant was closed. The room was questionable. The bathroom was the worst, incoming air vents full of old dust, a cracked sink with a faucet that is activated by touch except that it has no cold water or sustainable water pressure. Bathroom ceiling tile clearly had stains and mold exposed onto bathroom ceiling. Giant gashes out of the wooden door and multiple stains and scrapes on the wall covering. They make you put up a $50 fee for possible damage, returned at checkout . To be fair, the Manager did comp us our breakfast after making her aware of the problems but blamed everything on renovations. I would
