InTown Suites Extended Stay Warner Robins GA

I’ve had a really good experience at InTown Suites in Warner Robins. The staff has been friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever I needed anything. The property is well-maintained, and I appreciate how clean and comfortable my room has been. The location is convenient and close to everything I need. It’s a great option for extended stays, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay

I cant believe this place. At first glance I believed this was going to be another great business trip. This was by far one of the worse hotels ever. We I entered my room I paid almost 500 for the first thing I noticed were the filthy rugs throughout the room. I go to close the curtains and the windows were filthy with dead bugs. The tv was advertised bigger but also had white dots all over the screen. The tub had mold around it and I believe ticks were biting me. They advertised not animals but looking at the nasty rugs I know that's not true. Plus a guy told me if I wanted to bring a animal I could complain to manager and he'd give me a form to fill out like he did for his cat. I was not interested in that. I noticed cats all over outside and in windows. I saw racoons. Dogs were all ove

Rooms look nothing like photos. Me and several buddies came here and we all got charged different amounts. They tried to say my room had been refurbished but the only difference was the sink. They didn't even fix the fridge that was noisy and old. I was charged 410 for the same room my friend was charged 300 for the week. The walls are paper thin so you can here everyone's tv and convos. Then you have people smoking weed out back and people not staying there hanging out in the parking lot.

First, I was a bit skeptical about staying here before we arrived, we got a call about our stay and was told we could look at the room before we paid. We did the walk through and decided that we could work with the room until we get into our own place. The room was clean, and everything was available for us. Now, granted, there are a few bugs but not infected. But what do you expect for an extended stay hotel. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, quiet residence. Cody had been nothing but great he does his absolute best to keep this property together along with the other staff. They are very helpful when in need.
