InTown Suites Extended Stay Select Atlanta GA - Smyrna

Booked this hotel a month in advance through Booking .com for the holiday for 7 days got a good price. Upon arriving I was assigned a room on the 1st level which looks nothing like the internet sites images. The room was really bad dirty cabinets falling apart and the bathroom sink looked like you could catch Ebola or lead poisoning from all the paint peeling and discoloration couldn't tell the dirt from imperfections. TV was removed from the mount on dresser but the mount remained attached. || So I had had it with this so I requested another room and was given one way in the rear on the 3rd level, at a glance it seemed acceptable until I had a chance to settle in. You could see the room had not been cleaned in quite awhile, bad lighting helped initially hide the filth. None of the surface

I booked a room online on 01/23/26. Upon arrival I was told no rooms available and that she forgot to pull them off line. Did not offer a refund, I had to ask after waiting for her to help others. **Note all others were males. She was extremely friendly with them and very rude to me. She acted from the time I arrived not wanting to assist me. After asking for my refund she did so. While waiting for the receipt, a guy came in and said he just completed his reservation online and all of a sudden she had a room for him but did not have one for mine. It seems that Ms. Danny will be very friendly and helpful to the men who patron your business but will treat women poorly. SMH wonder if they get a discount as well.

When arrived on a Thursday around 2 no one was seen until 3pm coming out of the office. Was on the 3rd floor room was gross seems it hasn't been cleaned. I had to put my own sheets over the current on because it seemed to be nasty with small hairs on it. Bathroom was horrible toilet wasn't cleaned at all had to clean it with my own lysol cleaning spray. Had bugs had to use my own bug spray. Shower was ok hot water was good. The shower curtain definitely needs replacing. And lastly the refrigerator was ok but the side were the condiments go is gross needs changed for a replacement looks like mold stains. This place has bed bugs and the manager in the front office is extremely rude.(black woman with blonde hair/weave) She had the nerves to tell me we brought them with us!!! I've never in my life felt so hurt. I talked to this lady yesterday because she was so mean when I first arrived. No smile at all .. was trying to bring light to her day.... Unfortunately this whole situation brought sadness to my family. To be treated like the way we was treated was so inhumane. Please do not take your kids here my 3 year old was in the room with us. We had to sit in the car from 3 am until 11am when they opened just for her to barely let me into the office...This was my first night here!!!! She act as if I was not a human. The rooms are neat and clean and the maids are timely and thorough. The General Manager, Siobhan Danzy is very professional and is also extremely helpful while also very knowledgeable about the surroundong area. The grounds are kept clean as are the corridors. It's a great place to stay and is also very reasonably priced.
