Extended Stay America Select Suites- Atlanta - Cumberland Mall

Absolutely the worst place I've ever stayed. I only needed a room for 1 night and this place allows dogs so I figured it would be good enough. I've never been in a room that gross before. The sheets seemed clean but that was about it. My dog was going under the bad and coming back out with food. Like half eaten pop tarts & bread. The carpet was so nasty I wouldn't walk without shoes. I didn't get to the hotel until 8:30pm so it was too late to try to find another place so I just sucked it up. I left the next morning to get coffee and when I went back to my room my key didn't work. The office doesn't open til 9 so literally just had to sit in the car for an hour. Please do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. This place is awful.

Barely clean. Smashed bug on the tub along with water lines. Toilet had pee on it. Sheets made and my son itch and break out. Only had cold water couldn’t even take a shower. Carpet dirty wasn’t vacuumed. DONT COME HERE

Positive: It was in a reasonable location. The grounds were clean. Negative: It looked like the shower rod was being held up by a hole in the wall. The kitchen cabinet was hanging from the wall like it was about to fall could be a dangerous or a lawsuit for the hotel.

The location/people around the area or in the parking lot was a little sketchy late at night. Booked because it was pet friendly and for the price couldn’t beat it. The front desk was accommodating to us. The room was okay, recommend more pillows for the bed. The carpet had stains and floors were sticky. Other than that, it was a good stay for what we needed overnight.
