Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta Cumberland/Galleria

I stayed here from July 31st to November 15th and it was a great experience. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is always clean. I was honestly surprised they provide housekeeping every day — I stay in a lot of long-stay hotels and since 2020 most places stopped offering daily service. They also offer breakfast every morning, which was super convenient before heading out for the day. The front desk team was amazing too — during my long stay I had a lot of packages delivered and they always kept them safe and secured until I picked them up. The location is perfect: walking distance to shopping areas and plenty of great food options. Highly recommend this hotel for both short and long stays!

DIRTIEST HOTEL IVE EVER BEEN TO||I’m writing this to warn future guests. After a long day of work, I settled in for the night, only to feel something sharp against my cheek. To my horror, I discovered it was the foot of a dead cockroach sticking out of my pillow cushion! This happened around midnight, and the experience left me feeling completely disgusted and unable to sleep.||This is simply unacceptable for any hotel. Hygiene should be a top priority, and this incident has completely ruined my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel and strongly advise others to avoid it if cleanliness matters to you.

Very wonderful place. The staff are very professional and nice. The breakfast is hot and amazing with a few options. The location is great not too far from SOHO and shopping. Only draw back is no elevators. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting ATL!
