Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Smyrna - Atlanta Northwest

The rooms were clean. Free breakfast & coffee was nice! The pool was closed although expecting it to be open as it is indoors and the reason we booked. Location of the hotel is in a great spot. Across from Dunkin, etc.

Beside the entrance of the parking lot, everything was perfect, from the front desk, T. Lyle was such a polite gentle man, courteous and informative, to the room (studio suite), clean and spacious. And can we talk about how good the breakfast was, well seasoned potatoes to perfectly scrambled eggs.

We arrived just after midnight and check-in was quick and the staff was very friendly. The room was spacious, clean, nice and cool which was perfect after a long day in the sun. Breakfast was hot and delicious. On Friday it was eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. They also had fruit, yogurt, waffles, cereal, and toast. Saturday they swapped out the biscuits and gravy for breakfast potatoes. The water pressure in the showers is good, and the pool was relaxing. The hotel is 13 minutes from Truist Park lot E31 of you're in town to catch a game. Lot E31 was $11 prepaid and was a 10 minute walk to the stadium. The staff was very friendly, always working hard to keep the place clean. Check out was quick. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone else.

I was only there for 1 night. When I checked in I was really tired so I just went straight to sleep. When I woke up and went into the bathroom. The toliet was nasty. A stain was on the comforter and old beer left in the fridge. When I checked out and shared with the front desk. The only thing they said to me was sorry. They didn't offer to take something off my bill or anything. I didn't make a big deal of it. However, I'll never stay there again. I even took pictures and showed them too.

I will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend to anyone. The staff was very nice however that does not excuse that we found roaches in our room. Not one, not two, but a bunch of roaches. They were behind the microwave, crawling on the fridge, and crawling on the walls. I have never experienced something so disgusting while staying in a hotel. We ended up packing up our stuff and leaving at 1:30am to drive 6 hours home on no sleep. We did receive a refund but that does not make up for our experience.
