Holiday Inn Express Atlanta Galleria-Ballpark Area by IHG

We stayed here for 4 nights. The rooms were good and clean. Looked like they were remodeled but sometime back. Definitely showed signs of usage. Free parking on the hotel lot. Free breakfast in the morning. Free wifi. We have seen hotels where hot water was a problem but our room had the opposite. We were not getting cold water lol. But the lady at the front desk gave us another room just to take a bath (had to return the key and collect it again next morning) I think it was better considering packing everything and moving to a new room. Perfect location as per our itinerary (all the places we planned were within 15-20 mins drive). Lots of food options nearby. Overall good experience.

Very happy with this place. The location is amazing. Everything is nearby. Easy to walk everywhere and explore without needing a car. The staff were superb. Friendly, helpful, and genuinely made the stay better. Big credit to them. Clean, comfortable, and well managed. You can tell they care about guests. If you want convenience, great service, and a stress-free stay, this is a solid choice. Would happily stay here again.

My husband and have stayed here multiple times and each time- no complaints what so ever. It’s always been quiet, clean and felt safe. We last stayed there in May of this year- same as always- no complaints. This time around, I can’t say the same. I don’t know what happened in the course of 6-7 months, but their sanitation levels have gone down. I found random hairs in the bed, one of our towels and in the sink. ||Unfortunately, we also had a bug that crossed in from the doorway and into our room. We didn’t say anything because we were just staying one night.

Overall our experience was great. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early as we had an early morning flight. The breakfast was convenient and good food. The beds and pillows were VERY comfortable. The hotel itself was clean and updated except for the bathrooms in our rooms. The water was cold, it would get warm but never hot. The water pressure was great but the tubs filled to our shins within minutes of being in the shower. The bathrooms needed some serious help/ upgrading to keep up with the volume of ppl staying on property. Other than the bathrooms I would say this was a good hotel for the cost and we would stay again.

Our visit to the Holiday Inn Express at Ballpark Galleria started with a call to say we would be arriving late and this was our first encounter with Miss Lorita. She was such a sweetheart and when we arrived she greeted us like family. The next day upon our return she greeted us warmly and treated us with great care again. The staff at breakfast was warm and welcoming. We were so glad to have selected this location for our trip to ATL and can’t praise Lorita enough!
