InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Marietta Roswell Rd

I checked in right before closing and Amari was very understanding,helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied before spending my money. She did a awesome job of giving me all the information needed about the property and also made me feel very comfortable by assuring me that if I have any issues or concerns to not hesitate to address them to her. Great customer service. The room is updated for an extended stay, feels like an apartment. Very satisfied. Only issue is seeing a few roaches but Amari(front desk/manager) assured me pest control comes every week and she also put my room on the list to be serviced as soon as possible. Overall great experience,great location and quiet area.

First let me start off by saying the hotel staff is never in the office, call the number never get an answer. Came in and training person at desk didn't know how to check in and manager had to show her everything which took 40 mins to complete. Then was told room wasn't ready and come back in 30 minutes. Really, I booked online SMH. Then told must pay an extra additional 50.00 for my stay and after my stay would be refunded and this was a liessssssssss but ok. Second date at hotel keypad didn't work, locked out the room and had wait 3 hours to get back in the room. Next door lady was hollering all night while on the phone. Side door open closing all night. I was so happy this was short lived. All and all never got my money and staff lied said we took pillows and sheets I never used them

This is by far one of the nicest in town suites I’ve ever stayed at. Mostly because of the manager, Miss Tina. We had a reservation for 7:30 pm and our Uber canceled on us which we had to wait for another one which would have made us late for our check in. Miss Tina stayed 30 minutes past the office closing time to check us in. She even walked me to our room (which was extremely nice and clean) to make sure our room was good and our key worked. Corporate if your reading this, give this well deserving woman a raise!!! Above and beyond she went to help us and I will be forever grateful! She is one of the nicest and most accommodating hotel managers I’ve ever come into contact with!!! Her demeanour is exceptional with star points on friendliness and approachability!!! I just loved the location close to shopping stores !!! also the price was reasonable. Laundry on site as well. I was really impressed and loved my room from first sight. The staff was really welcoming , helpful, friendly and nice all the time. I love every part of my room , the room has a at home look which I love. Keep up the good work Inn town Suites. This was a home until I got my place. Mrs. Tina is awesome. She cares about the people here and she cares about the appearance of Intown. I just love that. When holidays came she would acknowledge everyone including the children. The parents within our building helped one another. Adidas is the man. He's very respectful and helpful. I'm thankful to have had this place and the people during my trying times. U guys are amazing!
