InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Indian Trail

I cannot complain about anything. Clean, bed super comfy, quiet neighborhood, pretty safe. Looks like a studio apartment rather than hotel. And great quality for the price. Front office lady so warm and welcoming.

My family and I relocated short term and checked in around august. The manager here and the house keepers are awesome!!! The best staff I've ever seen at a extended stay. Now on the other hand the so called courtesy officer NO!!!! How are you going to have a on site courtesy officer that's a drunk and I believe a drug head! She's all outside partying with the guest never answers the phone extremely rude. Outside people doors talking loud and smoking at 2 and 3 in the morning. Ppl blasting music and hanging all over the balcony areas. Their kids running and jumping off stuff. Standing outside your door smoking marijuana. I had to tuck a towel under the door just to keep the small out my room and my children are asthmatic. The room was clean but the carpet and chairs filthy. The biggest and

Tanisha the general manager at InTown Suites 1990 Willowtrail Parkway in Norcross always has a nice greeting with a helpful and friendly attitude. She has always been kind,considerate and approachable to me. I like my room and the atmosphere around the hotel. No problems since my stay began. The rest of the hotel staff are very friendly, welcoming and professional. S. Anderson

Horrible place. The maintenance man is a liar. He didn’t give a damn when our air conditioner was down! The house keeping woman never bothered to clean our room on a weekly basis as agreed on the agreement!

After a bad day, Mrs Ray warm greeting was what I needed. She answered all my questions with a smile even allowed me to take a look at the unit which eased all my concerns. Updated and stylish I was a little surprised. My entire stay was extra comfortable because of the excellent customer service I received by the entire staff! Hands down this was a very pleasant experience. Thank you thank you again Ms Ray best wishes❤️
