INTOWN MOTEL

We were given 2 nights to sleep while we're homeless and Doordash for the next nights place to sleep. The 2 nights we got here helped us get a little extra ground for us to get a little more on our feet, (would've got further but I blew a tire. My fault.) The staff was sweet and very courteous. Some people look for fancy and bling and all that to make memories, what we had was perfect for a little family just trying. Thank you to the staff and their kindness! 🩵

Place was extremely family friendly and staff was very pleasant. Smell was unpleasant, bought a glade plug in😬. Washroom door nob screws needed tightened, which I did with butter knife. Did watch manager change bedding on multiple units. Only changed top sheet. Bottom sheet, pillow cases and blanket were thrown back on bed without changing or washing. Think this could be a good place with more cleansing and better maintenance. In a pinch this could do.

They charged me more than the rate, and have done so every time I've been there. Spit and other fecal matter on walls and carpets that were wet. The air conditioner didn't work and the place smelt horrible. This was an awful experience. I felt like I was going to get sick. I couldn't even sit down it was that bad. They wouldn't refund me or do anything about it. That place needs condemned seriously.

At check in you pay a $5 deposit , and after spending the night in a room where the roaches were as loud as the next door tenants , we asked for our $5 deposit back. We were then informed that because we paid the weekend price of $65 dollars instead of $55 that we did not get a deposit back. We argued for a bit and then, and finally received the deposit, only to be informed that we could not come back and rent a room unless we pay a select persons fee of $70.

My family and I are homeless. 4 kids. Homeward bound was paying for our stay here at Intown Motel. We were put ina room where the TV screen did not work, the AC did not blow cool air, the bathroom ceiling had a constant leak and the bathroom door had a horizontal crack in the middle and wouldnt shut. We were told if we complain about the issues, we will have to check out. A couple weeks into our stay, our kids had gotten the bathroom door to shut, well it wouldnt open. We tried everything and the manager would not come look due to it being late. While trying to open it, the bottom half of the door detached the rest of the way.
