Hampton Inn Decatur Mt. Zion

We have been staying at Hilton hotels while traveling all week. This location has the best customer service. The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable and everything is wonderful but the customer service, from everyone, was exceptional. Thank you so much. We will definatly stay here on our next trip through town. Thank you!!!!

This is where I typically stay when I return to visit my family. This crew is always flexible and friendly, especially Beth at the front desk, who was more than hospitable and flexible when it came to adjusting my check- in and departure times. Some hotels give you a bit of an attitude if you ask for anything extra, but this team made me feel welcome and more than happy to make my stay pleasant. The location is good and safe as well.

The staff were very accommodating to our family who stayed here for a funeral. Mae and Ireta were especially kind as they provided assistance when needed and were always ready to help. The fire pit outside set the ambiance for great family bonding, the hotel was clean and updated, and Mae went above and beyond when we asked even though it was inconvenient for her. Thank you so much. We loved our stay, even considering the circumstances.

Positive: Very nice hotel. About 7 years old, and one of the nicest Hampton Inns that we have stayed at in the past few years. Negative: Our room had a definite odor in it, due to a family having stayed there for about a month, with their cat. We bought some Fabreeze air freshener, to help make the room smell much better.

Located in a nice and safe part of town. I recommend this over being in downtown Decatur any day! They go above and beyond any hotel for breakfast options. Everyone was wonderful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Even under construction while they are remodeling one floor it’s quiet and accommodating for day/night shift sleeping. I will definitely be back.
