Holiday Inn & Suites Decatur-Forsyth by IHG

Just stayed a week with them. Very warm and welcoming staff. Room was very clean and ready. And the most amazing thing, plenty of hot water with great pressure. The morning breakfast was so good and the restaurant staff was were so pleasant.

Positive: The modern style and the beds were comfortable. Negative: The cleanliness was lacking, we had ants in our room, and carpets seemed to lack vacuuming- candy on floor. When housekeeping was requested they didnt show, when issues were reported they were not corrected, and the pool was freezing cold.

Sara & Emilio were fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about how they treated me & made sure my stay was the best. Sara & Emilio exceeded my expectations. Due to the great service I received from Holiday Inn & their staff, I will be staying at this location each time I come to town.

Just checking out! We loved it here! Clean, quiet and everyone was so friendly. It is updated and fresh popcorn, coffee, hot chocolate bar in the lobby. Did not have breakfast here, but ate in the restaurant for dinner- Burger Theory, and it was delicious! Well done Holiday Inn!

We were concerned about staying here because of some of the reviews but we really enjoyed our stay! Bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The bar and restaurant located on premise was nice and allowed us to enjoy a drink!|The room was nice and it was a suite so we had two TVs. My only minor complaint was the tile floor was a little sticky and apparently hadn’t been mopped. There was so obvious dirt but when I wiped it with a Kleenex, it came up dirty. Staff were friendly and check in was easy.
