I had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental San Francisco. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located for both business and leisure. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Jim from in-room dining went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and made the experience seamless and enjoyable. Dorian was also incredibly helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed before heading back to the airport. Their attention to detail and genuine care made my stay especially memorable. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was a great stay. We had a corner view King room. The views were great. The bed was REALLY comfy! The room had a very large TV. Lobby bar was nice. I thought the neighborhood was convenient to walk to a lot of restaurants. It was pretty close to a BART station, but we opted to walk most places. The pool and hot tub area were nice, but there is virtually no room for non-swimmers to sit and watch. I would definitely stay here again.

- Location was excellent, close to Powell Street station (BART ride to the airport in ca. 40 mins.) All connections a travel to SF would want: Street Car, Bus, CableCar, BART, Metro.. in walking distance.- People at the reception are very kind.- Cleanliness was ok, but could be improved for a hotel of this price (one handle was greasy). -Facilities were also ok. The room layout was nice but nothing special. The pool was very nice, so was the gym. Dining options could be better. Also dining is quite expensive for what you get. Friendlyness of the staff in dining area was ok, but not as great as at reception.-Overall: recommended for a business traveller who need not worry about the price; for tourists (esp. families) to SF there are probably better options.

This is a solid, no-frills hotel. Nothing fancy, but absolutely reliable. The real standout here was the staff and the location. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely helpful and kind. I had a question about getting hot water and they actually delivered a kettle to my room, which was awesome. The room itself was a standard hotel room, clean and perfectly fine, but the view was the real star. I had an amazing look at the city and the Bay, which definitely upgraded the whole stay. The hotel is right next to the conference center and within easy walking distance of a bunch of other spots, which made everything very convenient. They also offer free bottles of water daily, and I later found out there is a refill station on the first floor. I did not catch that at first, but still appreciat

Intercontinental, San Francisco did not fail, just like the rest very attinative staff. Very nice, very welcoming, very informative. Location of the hotel is perfect. You can't get it better couple blocks off the main drag, right? In the middle of dining restaurants, entertainment nightclubs, bars, anything you're looking for is within 3 blocks away. The indoor pool was a nice addition to be able to swim till 10 PM and wake up with a nice dip. At 6 AM, also, the Jacuzzi was big enough to accommodate at least 10 people. Nice gym, all in all a great hotel experience. We were able to buy a package for the 10 day. Stay for parking, which turned out to be an incredible deal. As parking can be 80 to a $100 a night. Trust me when I say this. You want to buy the parking pass. Also, they gave a $10
