Positive: Price was good Negative: Had to put down a $50 cash deposit even though I paid online. Found a bedbug in the morning! Never staying here again

My family and I paid for 7 nights. Of course trying to find a cheaper option but in this case you get what you pay for. When we first arrived, there were KIDS laying in the middle of the road and no parents in sight. We couldn’t even drive up to the office to check-in. We got a room on the second floor. When we walked into our room, it was pretty nice at first glance honestly. High ceilings, smelled clean. The only problem was the tub was not renovated like the rest of the room. The first night really wasn’t bad until the following day when in the hallway we hear a couple screaming at eachother with their small child crying and slamming their door repeatedly. I usually never leave reviews for any business, but I felt obligated to share this experience — especially to protect other families.||I can’t believe I didn’t read all the reviews before booking. Let me tell you — they are NOT lying. This hotel is nothing like what’s shown online. The place smells terrible, the rooms are not clean, and the management clearly does not care. They’ve been replying to complaints for weeks and months, and nothing ever gets fixed.||I arrived at 3:22 PM, even though check-in was at 3:00 PM. The front desk person was not friendly and told me the room wasn’t ready yet — to wait by the pool. I explained we had been traveling since 3:00 AM and just wanted to rest, not relax by a pool.||After about 30 minutes, I was told the room was a smoking room, something I NEVER

It’s loud. It’s stained. Everything is dirty. The pillows are hollow and stained. The floors are dirty and stained. The towels are stained. Roaches everywhere. Roaches on you as you try to sleep. They’ll tell you to “keep the dog outside” even though it’s a dog friendly place. So I guess from room to outside and repeat. Don’t linger with the dog? I don’t know. Everything stinks like smoke even though I’m on the nonsmoking floor. You don’t stay here unless you’re in a dire situation. I’m homeless and needed to escape the bitter cold for a few hours. All front staff was very attentive. This facility doesn’t even feel dated. Just dirty and unkept. Smelly.

The overnight guy tried to steal my debit card info. I paid for 2 nights to be closer to work during the snowstorm. I got off work and went to the lobby around 3:30am Monday 1/26/2026 and asked the Indian guy if I could add an extra night for the same room number 439. He said yes and asked for my debit card. I gave it to him and he did his computer stuff for a very long time. About 10 minutes he had my card.I got to my room and 15 minutes later I get a text from my bank about a fraudulent charge of $52.99 for SA_Charmerly.co. I checked my bank account and saw the hotel charge went through but luckily not the Charmerly charge so now I have to cancel my debit card and order a new one.
