Holiday Inn Express Marietta - Atlanta Northwest by IHG

2/1/26 -2/3/26 We had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights. "YONIS" has EXCEPTIONALLY EXCELLENT customer service, he was polite, professional and very helpful both days of our stay! The rest of the staff was delightful as well! The rooms were clean! Our truck broke down and the staff was very accommodating to ours needs for our trailer to be able to stay on the lot. What they didnt know was, we lost our home in April and have been homeless since. They just dont understand how much we have been through and to be able to somewhat relax, wash and feel secure until we were able to find a truck to rent was very comforting. We appreciate the breakfast and coffee this hotel offers. We will definitely use this place anytime we are in the area again.

For the price, this is a great location with comfortable beds. We stayed on a stop during our recent road trip and it was a nice place to rest for the night. The free breakfast was decent (although a mostly plant based part of our group would have appreciated more choices). The staff was nice, the room was clean. Only one elevator was working and check in was a bit backed up with only one staff member working so actually getting to our room took a little longer than normal, but that staff member was pleasant and worked quickly and the room was nice.

Positive: Location, breakfast, room Negative: Bathroom outlet didn't work with US cords at all. Fan was noisy at times to heater/ac unit.

Jonas was excellent what a pleasant young man. Can't say the same for the other two ladies at the desk with him. People at the front desk you need to be pleasant and friendly to your guests. The room was great because I dealth with Jonas in discussing my allergies . Location was good. Just wish it would be consistent with all the Holiday Inn's they would welcome an IHG member, sometimes they give water etc. The room was good,bathroom was clean, sheets were clean.

Conveniently located off Rte 75 and directly across the street from a Bojangles Chicken. The woman that checked me in was very polite and friendly. The rooms were clean, and smelled clean. The bed was comfortable and we did not hear any noisy neighbors thankfully. Options for the included breakfast were hot and cold. Fresh ground and brewed coffee by the cup and coffeemate creamers were available. Would stay again.
