Even if you choose not to valet park, they are quick to offer help with your bags and make sure everything gets to your room smoothly. At many so-called luxury hotels you have to search for assistance, but here the service is attentive and proactive from the start. The rooms have always been impeccably clean and well maintained, with modern electronics and updated amenities that make each stay comfortable and relaxing. Finally arrived at this hotel I'd seen in magazines since childhood; the design by Robert Portman, the "father of atriums," is truly impressive. The hotel's location makes it incredibly convenient for work and leisure travel. The staff's service was also impeccable.I took a lot of photos and posted them on social media to praise this hotel

Super Bowl this year is played in Santa Clara. As I knew it would be hard to find a room later and the price would be much higher closer to the Super Bowl weekend. I booked a room as soon as possible, already in January 2025.|On January 17th 2026, to my utmost surprise, Hyatt did not any longer honor my booking! |As the prices have went up considerably (as expected) I need to book another hotel at around 50% higher fee.|Hyatt can now sell ”my” room for at least 50% higher profit!! And I will have to pay 50% extra.|This is hardly customer care…|I will never again book a room at a Hyatt hotel,

Stayed here for a few days from the East Coast. The location firstly is great. Driving can be a little intimidating so we took the driverless cars and walked, but there are a million things to see/experience right outside the hotel in walking distance/affordable ride shares. We genuinely enjoyed our time in San Francisco, and this location was a huge part of that. The valet team were sweet hearts, the service overall is incredible. Housekeeping was kind and did a fantastic job working around us. The breakfast buffet was delicious every morning. We enjoyed having the Market in the lobby when the restaurant wasn’t open. We absolutely adored the staff in their on sight restaurant! They were all so sweet and accommodating to us. Location is safe, secure, and welcoming. The views from one end

We stayed in August of 2025 and its where we will stay next time! The hotel is really well thought out. The queen rooms have end tables on each side and outlets everywhere. Very nice for cpap users like myself. The room was luxurious and so clean! The housekeeping would restock the coffee everyday and tidy the room up! The location is just unbeatable. Very walkable around the hotel. Very safe. I couldn't recommend this hotel anymore it's truly great
