Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor

The hotel room on a higher floor that was designated as a quiet floor was comfortable and clean. The bed was super comfy. The shower easy to use. The views of the city and the ferry terminal were dynamic. The food was delicious (we ate dinner there) and the waitstaff were kind and friendly. (Unfortunately, we were seated next to three wealthy individuals who haggled over every penny when the check arrived, and left only the minimum tip when they could have easily afforded to leave a 100% tip. We felt so badly for the wonderful waitstaff that we left a 50% tip to compensate. It really takes so little to show kindness. Oy.) The value was good: not too expensive, but not a bargain either. We received a $10 credit on our meal as long as we billed to our room, and two chips to turn in for a bow

Beautiful property with a spectacular view of the harbor. Beautifully kept room with excellent housekeeping service and friendly and attentive staff. The food at the restaurant was delicious albeit somewhat expensive. My only complaint was that the TV went out mid stay and we weren't able to get a replacement for the rest of our stay but offered a different room or fee waiver. We would have appreciated a replacement TV instead of having to uproot and the fee waiver was minimal for the inconvenience. Overall, a lovely experience and recommend.

Positive: location !! Loved being able to watch the airport from our room. Negative: A bit of a miscommunication on the pick up request from the airport, but was quickly resolved. Also, it would be nice if transportation was provided to the cruise port, but obtaining an Uber was easy and reasonable.

Did someone say great views, easy airport access, and only ten minutes from downtown Boston? I absolutely loved my stay at the Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor. The location is unbeatable, sitting right on the water with postcard-worthy skyline views and a peaceful atmosphere that feels miles away from city noise. I needed a hotel close to downtown that also offered a reliable airport shuttle, and this one delivered. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes, which made my travel plans effortless. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious rooms and stunning views of Boston that set the tone for my weekend meeting. The service here truly stands out. Every staff member I encountered was professional, kind, and eager to help. The on-site restaurant is excellent, and you cannot skip the clam chowder. It

Lovely hotel. Comfortable rooms with beautiful views. The restaurant was the only area I found off putting. There are only two items available for breakfast. An American breakfast with eggs or fruit. Kind of strange. When I asked if I could just get toast I was told the American breakfast comes with toast just get that. When I explained I don’t eat eggs or the sausage I got a heavy sigh and eye roll and told fine I’ll ask. Really? I think for the prices paid a better breakfast option - ala cart options for guests who don’t want a heavy meal be available.
