Customer Reviews
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would absolutely return. While the rooms are a little dated in terms of décor, they were clean, comfortable, and had everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Service was excellent from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the experience feel seamless and stress-free. The location is unbeatable as it is right downtown and within easy walking distance of the SAP Center, Performing Arts Centre, Children’s Museum, or the river walk making it perfect for whatever you’re looking for. The continental breakfast had solid options, including fresh fruit, which was a great way to start the day. There’s also a bar lounge area with a few selections on tap as well as various wines & cocktails, maki
Hotel review||||It was ok. I am not thrilled by the service, but it wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve been in. Most staff we talked to were passive-aggressive. Good breakfast. ||||Good:||- The water bottle refill station was awesome. Used this multiple times a day. It tasted fine.||- There is a huge breakfast variety. Toast, bagels, pastry, 8 cereals, juices, fruits, French toast, scrambled & hard boiled eggs, cheese omelettes, bacon, yogurt, dairy & multiple non dairy milks!||- Easy to get more towels & toilet paper on request. The housekeepers I asked for this were polite & friendly.||- Room was both visibly clean & smelled clean. No carpet stains. No mold as far as I’m aware. (See next section.)||||Bad: ||- Water sometimes pooled outside of the shower so much that it ran to the bathroom door
The room is spacious. Although can tell it’s not a young hotel, overall it is well maintained. The breakfast is buffet style while the menu doesn’t changes a lot during my stay. Note that it’s a cashless hotel, so not able to do money exchange at the reception.
Overall fantastic. The rooms were very nice, some were a bit too tight even for a handicap room and the phone wasn’t charging, which made it hard to call the front desk. Rooms also came with amenities. In the bar/restaurant, orders were being messed up, food wasn’t fully cooked, and waiters didn’t know what food went to what tables. Parking can be confused at first, and was a bit pricey.
This was our first time staying here and we won't be back. Room was not clean, closet door falling of the track, whole floor smelt like Marijuana oh and got woken up by the next room yelling /singing for over 30 minutes. The two stars is for the service and the buffet breakfast which was actually really good.
