We’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years, and unfortunately each visit has gotten progressively worse. Our most recent stays on February 12 and February 19 were especially disappointing. We were not informed ahead of time that the entire hotel was under renovation, which affected everything from noise to room quality. During our first stay, our room had stained sheets, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a Hyatt. Our second stay was even more frustrating. The shower overflowed, and we were told there was no maintenance staff available until the next morning. This forced us to repack everything late at night and move rooms so I could shower my daughter. The new room wasn’t much better—there was no mattress protector, the room smelled strongly of paint, and the s
This place was disappointing. Most of the people who work here that I talk to were nice, and there was a sidewalk that was pleasant to walk on. Even though the street is by is very busy there was a kind of a sidewalk trail with About 10 to 20 feet of grass between the sidewalk and the street so that was nice. However, there were a lot of things wrong here and it is not just because they were doing work in the place. Two out of three of their luggage racks were flat tire. When I checked in, I left one by the front desk and I said this has a flat tire and it’s very hard to steer. Obviously they put it right back out with the other ones and nobody did anything about it. I was there for four nights. Every shower I took was in cold water and I am not exaggerating. The most I could say is that i
Hotel was clean and in a great location next to shopping center and multiple places and restaurants to eat at. Will definitely stay again.
Hotel was fine. We came at an unfortunate time when they were doing a bunch of construction, but it was okay. The only bad thing was the shower had little to no water pressure. It felt like sometimes you were sprayed in the face by a water bottle. Other than that the stay was good, service was great, and the location was awesome.
Hotel under construction. Would not recommend staying here until after the renovation is completed in Spring of 2026. Woken up four times by a fire alarm that was triggered by construction starting at 8am after a 1am check-in because of a flight delay. Breakfast is good, but seems to only make items to order-- very few items out so have to ask for everything, which is a plus in my book to get fresh food and lower waste.
