Hyatt Place Cincinnati Airport/Florence

We love the hotel. It is close to the airport and parking is so much cheaper than at the airport. The 24-hour shuttle is a blessing as we needed to be at the airport by 4 am. The breakfast is usually very nice, but we left before it was served. However, the hotel had coffee and snacks out for us at 3:30 am. The room was as expected for a hotel of that type. it was clean and the bed comfortable. That's all we wanted other than WiFi. The WiFi was strong and our grandkids stayed busy.

We got snowed in and our flight was canceled, we found the Hyatt through our American Express app and scheduled a room with ease. We were able to find an Uber that was willing to drive in the bad weather. Upon our entry into the hotel the front staff was welcoming, and even took the time to make us pretzels and cheese for free because we couldn't get food delivered...In the morning they made sure we got a free breakfast and a free shuttle back to the airport to catch our flight back to Florida...Sorry I don't remember all their names but they were very kind and willing to help with anything they could. Thank you to the 2 ladies at the front desk and the shuttle driver that was gave us first class service.

Picked this Hyatt because of the location and the Hyatt name.... Breakfast was microwaved eggs. I do know why I cook eggs the right way. Sausage links and patties microwaved. French toast strips microwaved. Then there is the POOL if I can leave pictures I will floaters no skimmer lots of hair balls the drain was plugged and water was standing . Thee cleaning crew was very helpful.

Positive: Big room and clean. Negative: The bacon pan was empty. Scrambled eggs were kind of soft almost runny. You have to validate parking or you will be paying to park in a hotel parking lot. Looked a little dated.

This Hyatt Place hotel is a hidden gem. It is very well kept, probably recently built or renovated. Rooms are ample, and the A/C system in the room is working properly (no more cold hotel nights during a snow storm). Check-in process was a breeze! They new who I was and had all my information on file (I booked through the Hyatt app on my cellphone about two hours before reaching the hotel). Parking is ample and there are a couple restaurants alternatives closely. I would stay here for sure. Pretty good choice just at the outskirts of Cincinnati.
