Hyatt Place Atlanta/Alpharetta/North Point Mall

This would 100% be a 5 star review (I actually hate that I can't leave a 4.5 or higher) IF it weren't for how difficult it has been the past few times for me to get a reservation for a day stay (if you did not know they offer this, it is amazing! 9am-5pm I believe, at $79). When I try to reserve a room either day OF or even days PRIOR, they sometimes act like they have no clue what I'm asking about. However. Rooms are beautiful, and the day stay offering is beyond helpful -- I have a close family member who has chemo treatments every two weeks and I live nowhere near this area. You can adjust the temp yourself, and it actually works. It's quiet, a nice place to be when you may not be feeling so great, are tired, or need a place to stay. *Also 10/10 recommend the breakfast. Hyatt Alpharetta went above and beyond our expectations. Front desk staff, Keke showed much initiative, kindness, and professionalism during our entire stay. She ensured that we had everything that we needed to make for a successful conference. in addition, she was on top of every conference requirement and made sure that everything worked well and was readily available. ||||All in all Keke and other members Of the staff are an excellent representation of Hyatt. ||||The hotel was in exceptional shape and was extremely clean inside and out. In addition, the hotel is in a great location. We will be. sure to pass on the positive impression that we left with, after visiting this establishment.

Positive: Room size was spacious. Negative: Manager was unhelpful and rude on check-in. Room was musty smelling. Black-looking mold and dust/filth almost completely closing intake vents on HVAC. (Photos taken). No room servicing after 3 days (hotel written policy). Ran out of coffee at 9 am!

Amazing staff, stay, and location! My stay at the Hyatt was excellent, thanks to Chris and his teammates. Chris went above and beyond when my guests and I had an issue with our toilet. Even though he was about to get off work, he handled the situation quickly, professionally, and followed through to ensure my guests and I were moved into a new room. That kind of dedication is rare, and it showed his attention to detail, strong communication, and follow through. He definitely has a bright future in hospitality management! The hotel itself was clean, the room was comfortable, and the beds were cozy. Great location near great restaurants and shopping. Overall, a great stay made even better by outstanding service!

The 2 Queen room is modern and reminds me of a studio apartment. The shower head provides incredible pressure. The breakfast offerings included breakfast potatoes and bacon on the 1st day, and Canadian bacon and French toast sticks on the 2nd day. The problem was keeping the breakfast fully stocked. Staff got behind and sometimes they didn't talk to you when you needed help. Other than these minor issues, this is one of the best hotel rates around for the money. I'm pretty happy overall with the hotel.
