Hyatt House San Jose Airport

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! It is poorly managed, customer service is terrible, and hotel staff is NOT willing to fairly compensate for their mistakes. Upon check-in and gaining access to my room, there was no notification that room carpet cleaning needed to be done the following day. As I had business video conference calls and laundry needing to be done, I wanted Housekeeping to clean my room so that I would have no interruptions in my meetings. Housekeeping knocked on my door, I let them in, and went out to grab breakfast. When I returned, the room was not made up and the carpet was completely soaked. When I asked why the room was not made and why my carpet was soaked, the Front Desk said I should have received a notice that carpet cleaning was being done. Long story short they

As a travel agent/advisor I highly recommend this hotel. Especially if your going to a 49ers game. I stay here twice a year. The location is perfect. 49ers stadium is a 20 minute trolley ride, The M8trix Casino is literally across the street, The Great mall is a quick 20 minute drive and there are countless nightlife spots near by. Inside and outside is very clean, staff are very helpful and pleasant. The rooms are spacious and clean. I have been staying at this hotel since 2020 and I have never had a single problem.

Positive: "" Negative: We had multiple issues at this location. The room not being ready at 3pm, no parking for overnight, the kitchen drain was backed up and would take a long time to drain, the fridge didnt temp right, at checkout the elevators went down and we were stuck.

We had a very comfortable stay at this Hyatt location. Checking in was a breeze. Jean Moreno at the front desk. Jean was very friendly. He helped us out with all our questions and requests with respect.||||We were given free bottled water and room slippers at check in. The room was well prepared, spacious and spotless. Free breakfast available from 6 am to 9:30 am. There were a variety of options available.

Hyatt house was a one night for a big trip we were on. They had a free shuttle that picked us up in the evening and then also dropped us off for our flight the next morning. We came in with our flight crew from our plane, so there was a short wait to check in while they were taken care of. As soon as they were checked in, our room was issued to us. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean fairly large and comfortable. The next morning we had an early flight out, they had the shuttle ready for us. Although we checked out before breakfast began the young lady checking us out offered some cereal to take with us. She said she knew a long day without breakfast can be tough. Super nice of her to offer that! Thank you! We would stay here again!
