Hyatt Centric Mountain View

This is an overdue reviews after multiple stays. Overall, it offers great value for the price. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, the hot tub is great, and the breakfast is amazing. These positives are the main reasons I’ve returned. Unfortunately, my experiences with JB at the front desk have consistently been disappointing. On multiple occasions, her interactions with guests (including me) felt disrespectful and dismissive, even when guests were asking genuine questions. During my most recent stay, as a Globalist member, I politely asked whether I could receive an additional water bottle on the day of checkout. JB insisted I would need to pay for it and did so with an unnecessary and unprofessional attitude. I understand that policies can vary by property, however, the manner

Stayed here a handful of times for the last 4yrs . Really enjoyed all my stayed. Great location, nice & friendly staff. Nice breakfast restaurant with great menu plus not bad of a bar during HH and evening. It’s right next to everything, offices, movie theater, shopping complex plaza, apartments, restaurants strip, park, etc. the rooms are nicely designed and decor. Clean and got everything that you might need. The pool is indoor and not bad at all. The gym has all the machines and weights for the quick workout sweat. Overall, it’s a great place with great staffs and a trusted branch name that easily recognized

Positive: It was a place to sleep. Negative: Check-in front desk was not friendly. Key cards worked intermittently. Body wash dispenser empty. One washcloth for two people. Valve on tub did not work properly. Water pressure in tub very low. Ran out of breakfast. No hair dryer.

First time staying at the Hyatt Centric brand and did not disappoint. Room was clean, hotel was very nice, and front desk staff were friendly. Only downside is there is a $20 per night parking charge but this is common for the area. There is a lot behind the hotel and you can park there at no charge. We stayed for an early morning appointment at Stanford Medical Center and the drive wasn’t bad. Lots of places within walking distance to the hotel.

Good location, walking distance from some restaurants like a Korean BBQ and a short walk from Safeway. My room was really nice, wood flooring instead of the usual carpet, very clean and in good condition. There's a pool, gym is ok. Parking costs 24$ a day, or for longer stays like my 5-night stay only 12$.
