Hotel Aria Mountain View

Wonderful value for the money. I stay at a lot of hotels in this area under the $200 price point and this is the best value. Many of these hotels just slap a coat of paint on and jack up the price, but these owners really have pride of ownership and have invested in room upgrades. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are clean and they're very stylish. Crown molding, quality soaps, gold bathroom fixtures, and a rain shower with a handheld wand, are just a few highlights. The staff is super helpful and printed out something that I forgot to bring with me for work. Only one thing to be careful of is that their desk closes at 9:00 so late arrivals could be a problem. I will definitely stay here again.

Checking in was a breeze. My room was super cute! Very clean. Like a personal studio apartment. Large bathroom. Breakfast was continental. Quick bits. Has a coffee machine that does anything from a latte to hot chocolate. Castro street is just a short walk so it’s super convenient to get to restaurants and the Caltrain or bus depot. No complaints at all. I would recommend this place!

It was great staying here. Except there was no elevator and you could hear voices from next door, it was very pleasant stay there. Loved it!!

Stayed two weeks in Sep 2024. Room was spotless — clean bathroom, reliable AC and hot water. WiFi had minor hiccups but worked fine. Daily room cleaning is mandatory with no exceptions, which can be inconvenient on weekends. Also, I'd recommend booking through online platforms — I got a worse rate when I booked through the front desk instead. Overall the room is great, but the hospitality didn't match.

I stayed at Hotel Aria for the second time last week. I returned for a second stay because the rooms are impeccably clean, the rates are cheap, and its location near Castro Street meant that it was a short walk away from nice food. The staff is friendly and accommodating too. Breakfast is basic, but adequate considering the price of the stay.
