Extended Stay America Suites- San Jose - Mountain View

Mountain View ESA is a nice place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. Omar does maintenance, repair, and keeps the hanging flowers beautiful in the patio area. Goraub is the MVP of the hotel, he is cheerful and speedy in assistance of any need to co-workers and visitors alike. He is good with technology questions on wi-fi and/or tv connections. The front desk and housekeeping are friendly and helpful too. Pet owners like that the hotel supplies doggie waste bags for the green grass pet area, helping to keep the grounds nice and clean. This is a nice place to stay for a short time or an extended stay.

Everyone that works the front desk has been very friendly and helpful, Tara is especially cheerful with her morning greeting when I stop in to grab breakfast. The room is clean and I appreciate the laminated flooring as there is no old carpet smell. There is a small kitchenette, with electric burners, and a full size fridge. The rooms facing the back garden/Stevens Creek path are quiet with no highway noise. It is a block walking distance to two different shopping centers.

I had a great stay at Extended Stay America. The room was new, clean, and very spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen that made our stay especially comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was extremely convenient for daily needs—just a 3-minute walk to Nijiya Market. All of this made our long stay with a child much easier than expected. The staff were consistently friendly, responsive, and eager to help. They assisted with delivering kitchen cookware, setting up the sofa bed, checking a drainage issue (which turned out to be a false alarm), and remaking our key cards multiple times. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and practical option for an extended stay.
