This hotel was great! We wanted to be close to the wharf and it was so close. We were within walking distance to restaurants, stores and the cable cars. The room was a good size for two people, elevators were fast and service was great. It was my friends birthday and they had wine, popcorn and a card ready for her. We left a little note for the room attendant and she was also so sweet and wrote a note back. We ate a dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel and had coffee there also. Good service all around. Would stay again.

I had a fantastic experience at the Hyatt Centric Fisherman’s Wharf in San Francisco — a hotel that truly lives up to its reputation as a comfortable, convenient, and stylish home base for exploring the city by the bay. An amazing hotel with a great location.||From the moment I arrived, the location impressed me. Just steps away from iconic attractions like Pier 39 and the waterfront, it’s ideally situated for sightseeing, dining, and catching ferries — perfect whether you’re a first-time visitor or seasoned traveler. Proximity to the souvenir shopping areas makes it all the more desirable. ||The contemporary rooms are inviting and well-appointed, featuring cozy Hyatt Grand Beds, modern décor with soothing nautical tones, and thoughtful amenities like complimentary Wi-Fi and a mini-fridge

The USD $35 / night mandatory extra destination fee they charge during checkin is absolutely not worth it for us. Considering most hotel offer free WiFi and free bottle of drinking waters, the rest of the included items with this extra fee does not used by us. If this could be inform and charged before booking, that at least set our expectations right. We will definitely not coming back to this hotel again.

Service the the restaurant was great. The breakfast portions are BIG so you get a good value there. Nighttime happy hour is nice and good variety. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The beds are on the middling firmer side. The shower head in the room we had was a rain shower head and it was the BEST shower away from home we've ever had. Good pressure, heat, space. Awesome. The TV signal is pretty trash. This is mainly why the star can't be perfect. Not only is the casting from your device a nightmare (takes two e as long to watch a casted show as the runtime but) the actual live provided channels go black screen for 15 seconds every 2 minutes. It's just impossible to watch stuff in our experience over a 2 day stay. Ya know what..... I'll give a 5 star anyway. Most people don't spend

As a globalist, worst Hyatt I've been to in past 24 months. Everything about it, except the restaraunt is a mess. Came here for a girls weekend and was inbetween this place and the Regency-- chose Hyatt Centric for the location as it met our needs better. 1. Hotel rooms are under construction though I wasn't told this ahead of time. Constructions starts at 8am. Lots of hammering, drilling. 2. Front desk check in late after a delayed flight---barely made eye contact or greeted us, no recognition of globalist. no mention of waters, breakfast, location of elevators, room upgrade (I asked after he gave me the keys and he said, "Oh let me see...yes we do but it's on the floor with the construction") 3. Other hotel guests/lack of soundproofing. Friday night yelling/partying started at 11pm and
