Hotel Zetta San Francisco

The lunch and dinner options and art are just amazing!! I've stayed here a few times and would stay again given how accessible everything is. The art and decoration indoors are quite funky. You will walk around the hotel appreciating the collectible art. I found the to go breakfast a bit too expensive for a frozen sandwich. Wouldn't buy breakfast here again. There's a lot of other places near by where you can get a fresh, tasty sandwich for half the price.

Positive: room is big and layout is good. location is fairly convenient but there are too many homeless people outside. Negative: The room smells bad especially when the restaurant is open. It exhausted into my room.

I completely loved this place, I recommend 100/100 to select Hotel Zetta, we visited in Dec '25. I traveled with my husband and my 3 yr old daughter. We had enough space in the suite and slept very comfortable, we did not feel insecure at all and the aesthetic of this place is great! You can easily walk everywhere from chinatown to union square etc.

We had a really pleasant 4 night stay at the hotel at the end of August. The atmosphere is relaxed and the kids enjoyed the game area. The free coffee in reception in the morning is welcome but you do have to pay for breakfast items. That said there are lots of options for breakfast and dinner within easy walking distance. The location is great, and yes, there are some homeless people in the area, but that applies to all the downtown hotels and is visible in many large cities! The room was clean and bright but would suggest coffee making facilities in the rooms would be a good addition. Would stay here again.

Nice clean hotel. Lobby has a place for kids to play. Service excellent. Location is great near the Bart station and Union Square. A mall beside it has food court. Has minimal breakfast. Amenities doesn’t complete. No toothbrush and toothpaste.
